We live about 10 min walk to Clovelly beach 10 min bus ride to Bondi Jnt and about 20 min to the city so it would be ideal for someone that either works in the city Bondi Jnt or enjoys the beach. The room is a one bedroom full furnished with double bed tv and small desk(Optional Welcomed to bring your own). The rent is $220 per week and includes the Bills Free WiFi Internet.
