My partner and I are seeking a flatmate preferably a student for a minumum of three months. Our flat is a large 2 bedroom in a quiet block of 6 units with a 5 minute walk to Clovelly Beach. The room available is large with a double futon built in wardrobe and desk. The flat itself is fully carpeted with a large bathroom fully equipped laundry kitchen dining and living areas and an enclosed balcony home to our parrot Emerson.Access to both UNSW and Uni of Sydney is easy as is access to the city and Bondi Junction with a bus stop right outside the flat. It is a short walk down to Coogee for further public transport grocery shopping etc.My partner and I both work and are currently saving for both an overseas trip and our wedding next year and due to this lead a fairly quiet life! We spend quite alot of time at home as well as out playing sport/exercising down at the beach. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to us to will slot easily into our household!!
