Two guys one Aussie one english are looking for the third flatmate looking for a great place to live. We are easy going and like to have fun but both work hard so like to come back and chill out. We dont party like rock stars but on the weekend it would be rare for either not to want to head out for fun.Our place is one of 4 townhouses right by Clovelly Road on beach street.There is a secure carpark underneath with visitor spots and a car wash bay a caretaker maintains our gardens once a week.We will have a pool table very shortly…
