Hi I am a female looking to fill a recently emtpy room in my apartment in Clovelly Beach. It is available until August this year.The location is wonderful. This ground floor apartment is located on Clovelly Road 5 min walk from Clovelly Beach and Gordons Bay and Coogee Beach!!I think the room is ideal for a traveller as it is short term stay bus stop located right out our front door with regular buses to the city. Walking distance to so many beautiful beaches (30 minute walk to Bondi Beach).The room is small with a queen bed and all furniture supplied. The entire house is fully furnished.Just move in and make yourself at home. Male female and couples all welcome.The cost to live here will be $250 pr wk. With No bills. I will need 4 weeks rent up front for Bond. I look forward to meeting you.
