Off street parking is available. The leafy and almost tropical setting complex has a pool and is approximately 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. Direct bus to Westfield Eastgardens and the city.
Only 10-15 minutes drive to the airport. Maroubra, Coogee, Kensington, Rosebery and Alexandria only 15 minutes drive.

I am a very laid back individual who enjoys watching sports, fitness, reading, good humour and a glass of wine over dinner!
A bond of 1 week rent will be required.

Flat payment of $40 per week for utility bills in addition to the rent. Rent is payable a week or fortnight in advance.
