Hi Im an easy going 26 yr old male I work alot of hours and my job requires me to travel alot I spend left over hours out and about.Im looking for a reliable easy going flat mate who pays rent on time and doesnt mind a chat or two.the location is 15 mins south of the cbd 5 mins to eastern distributor 2 min to m5 and 5 mins to airport. buses very easy to access. eastgardens shopping centre is less than 5 min drive away.its a 2 bedroom apartment with one room available. The room has its own bathroom there is a 2 car garage washing machine dryer dishwasher.The apartment is fully furnished however the bedroom is not.Talk to you sooncheers
