Hi. We have a room avail in our renovated terrace just minutes from Westfields and train/ bus station. We are 2 (1M 1F) friendly sociable people looking for a reliable clean but fun flatmate who likes the odd chat drink with flatmates but also respects privacy and is happy in their own space.The terrace house is also huge and renovated with 2 seperate living areas which allows for space to entertain or to relax watch tv read a book or eat a meal. There is a good sized paved courtyard at the back and the place is furnished comfortably however due to the size of the place there is room for extra furniture if you have any.
