It features a huge spar-bath and separate shower (in the same room) separate toilet balconies and BBQ internal laundry (washing machine and dryer) modern kitchen appliances built-in mirrored robes living room has huge comfy stylish couch – large TV etc…; all you would need to bring is a bed. A very peaceful flat-block / street. Close access to public transport into the city and Bondi Junction close to shops and 10 minute walk to Bondi beach.I am an easy going considerate professional English man who is looking for a female flatmate with similar qualities; ideally a professional who is responsible and polite and about the same age as me or younger.
