Nice decent sized bedroom available in Bondi for one person or 2 friends then price may vary a bit.It has built ins wardrobes big kitchen living room with TV dvd videogame shared laundry and dryer.Im looking for a reliable laid back person who is clean organized worker mature and that doesnt depend on other people or mama to do their tasks.Building located in a great place in Bondi next to bus stops few minutes walking to the beach or up to the junction where you find the shopping center and train station too. Very near to the local shops.The positive point of this flat is that you will be sharing the place with myself only. Or if you are 2 friends… 3 of us. its not a dirty backpackers place :)Thanks.Jorge
