Renting one large double room with brand new queen size bed and matching side drawers. Only one bathroom but I am rarely there so bathroom is virtually exclusive to you as my smaller second bedroom is really just a part time office space for me. Remote control undercover car space comes included and I even have a small storage room in garage area if you need to store a few items. Rent is one month in advance and one month bond. No noisy parties or smoking please. Prefer a quiet couple or single student or professional/s
