Hi We have a large room available to rent over christmas (avail 19 Dec – 6 Jan). It has 2 beds in it (a double bed and single bed) and opens onto a balcony with fantastic views of Bondi. Looking for someone fun to move in over the Christmas period whilst our housemate heads back to Sydney. Can either rent $225 pw for one person or if 2 people are interested in sharing the room then will do it total for $300 pw (i.e. $150 each pw)
