Hi, we are three easy-going persons looking for a flatmate.

The apartment has all you need for comfortable living: its fully-furnished with good furniture, we’ve got all white goods, kitchen things, internet, digital tv, some sport equipment etc etc.

We are not backpakers(!) and the apartment is well looked after.

Your roommate works 5-6 days a week from 6am to 6 pm + does some training 3 times a week. Basically, you would hardly see him.

The building is secured and it is pretty modern. It is not that ugly red brick building which you can find around Bondi!

We have two bathrooms! Its very convenient.

The area is very quiet if you worry about it. You can study easily.

It is 15 min from Bondi Junction and 15 min from Bondi Beach.

Enjoy you winter on Bondi!
