Up for rent is this massive bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment! Would beautifully suit a couple or someone who likes to have their own space. It has private balcony and bathroom and because the previous lease ended we are in the final stages of organizing everything to have our home back. This room is unfurnished for now (with big built-in wardrobe and we do have a queen matress maybe king) but I am writing this at present just in case someone who has their own furniture can shout at us before we start organizing that.The living room has been unfurnished. We only have a table left and two chairs. But not to worry!! We are going to organize everything very soon and also put some internet and cable tv. So the price at this stage is as low as $300 per week for one person and $350 in case we have 2 people sharing.When things are back to normal the rent will go up by $50 p/w. You will be living with a student from Holland Tim who is 25 years old and a super cool guy and a Brazilian girl me writing this ad who works full time but really enjoys coming back home to a nice and tidy place… so be sure this lease ending has been a real headache to me.. but I will make it all work out!So guys I`m looking forward to meeting our new flatmate(s)!
