Hi 2 working professionals are offering a room for rent in their house.The house is located halfway between the junction and the beach which is pretty enjoyable as beach is 15mn walk away and so is the junction (train to the city shopping …)House is pretty big (3 bedrooms 3 living rooms) and provides foxtel video games (ps3 wii) large barbecue in the garden …We are both working Monday-Friday and enjoy having a barbecue and going for a swim on the weekend. We both do some sports during the week (Soccer and Rugby).Cheers
