We’re moving to Bondi and looking for two flatmates to share an amazing penthouse!

The penthouse is very spacious with a stunning view over Bondi and the ocean. Large entertaining balcony, very generous in size with an outdoor table setting and sunbeds overlooking Bondi Beach. The penthouse features wooden floors throughout, a combined large lounge and dining area with flat screen TV, separate modern eat-in kitchen. The apartment will be very tastefully furnished. The building also has a swimming pool and a lock up garage is available for your car for an extra fee.

Your bedroom is a double bedroom with built-ins, sharing a large modern bathroom with spa bath.

The apartment is in a perfect location on a quiet street and only 15 minutes walk to the beach or Bondi junction.

We’re a Swedish/Australian couple who run our own digital agency in the city, so we work long hours and sometimes weekends as well. We’re social and very easy going, and would love a flatmate who enjoys an occasional beer/glass of wine/BBQ on the balcony.
When we’re not working, we enjoy cooking and relaxing on the balcony with a good bottle of wine. We’re into health and fitness and love the beach! We also love travelling and often organise little weekends getaways with friends. We are looking for friendly and considerate flatmates with great attitudes, who like us wants to treat the apartment as a home rather than just a place to sleep.

Someone who loves to entertain one night or simply relax on the couch the next would be great. Being clean and tidy would be essential so the place is pleasant for everyone. We would prefer sociable people with a mutual respect of each other’s privacy and space, and are always open to making new friends. Friends and family are always welcome visitors!!
