Apartment is in a small block of six – half the people in the building are Australians (owners) and the other half are carefully chosen to come from all parts of the world (including Italy, Chile, Germany, Netherlands, Argentina, etc).

We welcome international people (with working visa. or students) who are VERY CLEAN and QUIET – no noisy party animals! Minimum 3 months stay. Ideal for those looking to improve their English.

Walk less than 10 minutes to Bondi beach, Bondi markets, numerous eating places and nightlife. Bus to Bondi Junction (including train network) and city stops at front door.

Apartment has beautiful lounge. digital-quality TV. and great kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and full cooking utensils.

One bedroom with two single beds is taken by two males. Second bedroom (with 3 single beds and 3 wardrobes) is available for 3 females.

Rent is only $160 per person per week (for three females in room).

We provide linen and blankets. heaters (to stay warm in winter). large wardrobes for each person. and safety boxes to store valuables.

Building has nice back yard (with coal barbeque). Quiet (no parties) and secure environment at night.
