There is a room availabile in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom flat on 20th July. There’s an oean view from your bedroom as well as from the balcony. The flat is fully furnished including all kitchen items, telly, DVD player, etc except for your bedroom.

Located straight up from Tamarama Beach, it’s less than a five minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Bondi Junction. The location is the best of both worlds, being walking distance to both Bondi and Bronte beaches as well as a few blocks from Kemenys on Bondi Road for any last minute shopping. The flat has ceiling fans in every room (which are great in summer!), new carpet in the bedrooms, homey floorboards and renovated kitchen including a dishwasher. The room on offer doesn’t have a built-in wardrobe but is large enough for one in addition to a queen bed and bedside table.

I’m looking for an easy-going female flatmate who ideally works standard business hours. Someone who likes their flat to feel like a home and to have a laugh and maybe a glass of wine whilst watching TV after work. I genuinely love living here and hope someone else will as well. I just signed a new lease for another 12 months and am hoping to find someone that would like to stay long-term.

A bit about me: I’m a 28yo female who works the usual 9-5 in the CBD in financial consulting. Sometimes I work quite late hours, so you may have the place to yourself some evenings. I like to play soccer or go to the gym after work and tend to keep things pretty quiet during the week. On weekends, I keep myself busy with my soccer team, meeting up with friends or just enjoying being outdoors in Bondi (when it’s sunny!)
