We’re looking for someone to move into our second bedroom on Birrell Street in Bondi. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom (with shower & bath), laundry facilities and a balcony with brilliant coastal views. The location is great with just a 5 minute walk to Bondi Rd and a 10 minute walk both to Bondi Junction and Tamarama/Bronte beaches. Bus stop also at the door step and ample street parking in the neighbourhood.

The room (unfurnished, suitable for a double bed) is officially vacant as of Saturday 25/05/2013, however the option to move in immediately is available.

You will be sharing with one guy and one girl (couple). We’re in our early 30′s, we work full time and enjoy going out on the weekends, cooking (one of us is vegetarian), having a barbeque with friends or a swim at the beach. We’re also passionate about music, movies and travel. We’re both very easy-going, we keep things fairly quiet at home and like to keep the flat clean and tidy (this is a must)!

The weekly rent ($280) includes unlimited wireless internet but not electricity.

We’re looking for a long term flatmate – ideally 1 year minimum and no couples/travellers please.
