I am looking to rent my second bedroom on a short term (or possibly longer term) basis. I am an easy going 42 year old female. Apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, light & airy with large windows and leafy outlook, as well as distant ocean view from the balcony.

Bedroom has generous built-in robes and is currently somewhat furnished with quality blow up double bed, sideboard, bedside table & lamp. Can be un/partly furnished if preferred.

Great location halfway between the beach and Bondi Junction. Close to public transport to the city.

Bathroom is shared but has 2 separate showers. Internal laundry, balcony, electricity included.

Would particularly suit someone looking to fly in/out. keep personal items in room, etc.

$300-350/week if over 1 month, $400 if under 1 month, or could possibly consider a per night rate ($90-100).
