I have a medium sized room available in my 2 bedroom apartment in Bondi. The flat is perfectly located just off Bondi road and half way between Bondi Junction and the beaches just 15 min walk to both. It is also close to buses Kemeneys supermarket and bottle shop and loads of great restaurants. The apartment and room is fully furnished. The room has a double bed wardrobe mirror and several bed side drawers. The room also has access to a balcony with ocean views. Included in the price is Foxtel iQ with all the sport and desperate housewives you could wish for. Not included is electricity which is approximatly $100 every 3 months. I require 2 weeks rent up front for bond and request a minimum 3 month stay. You will be sharing with a 27yr old male who is very active and social. I enjoy playing lots of soccer tennis surfing dancing salsa and a good party. The room is available immedietly.
