Common areas fully furnished. 1bathrm with toilet, shower and bath. Private laundry. 15min walk to beaches, Bondi Junct and trains. Short dist from shops, cafes and parks. a few mins from bus stops. Free street parking or can organise car port if still available. Location and home environment ideal if you want to treat it as your santuary.

Expenses – Current rent is $255.00 wkly not neg plus Bond $850. Share cost of electricity, household and bathrm cleaning items. Regarding food, that’s discretionary as indivduals have different and varied dietry requirements.

About the Occupant – 41yo prof male (CompSci field). Wk a steady 9 to 5 until late. Can converse on many levels from “Why kamikazi pilots wear helmets” to Quantum Entanglement. So no shortage of a conversation here. If you’re a talker I’m open to listening no matter how trivial it may sound. Love to wind down after a hectic day. Some entertainment occurs but not scary or party central and usually during the weekend and low key. Great caring close friends and happy to share them. Into outdoors, jogging, beach, health and fitness. not a fan of illicit drug taking but don’t judge either. Happy to venture out with whoever and equally happy to enjoy a good old fashion home friendly chill that’s drama free. Adore animals but this unit is not ideal for any pet.
