Hi – Ive just signed the tenancy on this incredible place which is a stones throw away from the world famous bondi beach. My buddy had to unexpectedly move back to W.A for family reasons so a room has become available (I dont move in myself until this sat). Basically the pad is awesome it has a balcony and all mod cons and is mostly furnished (other than the bedroom you will take). Im a laid back but sporty professional guy and Im looking for someone who is fun loves family guys and can chill at weekends after the weekly work slog is over. Ive not got any pics up but just google the address and you will see via street view. This is pretty cheao rent for location and there is secure parking and a balcony.
