Hey there Im Lori an Australian chef looking for someone nice and clean who moves into the spare room in my flat in the famous St. Moritz building in the heart of Bondi Beach. The flat has two bedrooms a bathroom a combined living area and kitchen and a backyard. The ground floor unit has timber-floor and high ceilings throughout. Its in front of the bus stop and fully equipped =) Your room is empty though. Im looking for preferably girls who I can be sure of that they pay the rent… so you should have a job and plan to stay longer.The rent is 200$ a week plus around 8$ or so electricity.
