The flat has recently been refurbished so is in really good condition and ive only recently moved in so all the furniture and appliances are brand new. Im a 29 year old professional that works in advertising during the week. Its a 2 bedroom flat with wooden floorboards throughout a great gas kitchen an internal laundry and a balcony!! The room comes either with or without furniture – its up to you. Its really close to transport (10 min bus ride to Bondi Junction in the mornings) but is really quite at night / weekends.
