Lovely Art Deco 2 bedroom + sunroom apartment close to Bondi Beach to share with a couple. We are looking for a short term (3-6months) flatmate.

The (queen sized) room is furnished with a queen sized bed, beside table, small deco wardrobe – chest of drawers available if required. There is no carspace available, however onstreet parking is unlimited.

Bondi Beach is just an easy 10mins walk away, Bondi Junction is an easy bus trip or 30mins if you want to walk up the hill ! Buses go from right out the front and the back.

Bond is 2 weeks rent, and 2 weeks notice is required to move out, the bond will be returned when the room is empty. Rent includes weekly cleaner, gas and electricity.
