Overview:
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautiful modern apartment in Bellevue Hill with the most amazing views from the terrace from bondi sea where the sunrises, right across Rose Bay and Bellevue hill where the sunsets!!

It comes unfurnished but the current housemates have bought everything needed to furnish it to a good standard, if you have stuff and it fits with the rest you are welcome to bring, if not all you will need is to kit out your bedroom.

The utilities room, kitchen, living room, dining area & reading area are all open plan with the bedrooms and bathroom coming off the hallway.

Amenities: All rooms have air con, TV & Foxtel, internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, food fridge AND beer fridge (very important) BBQ etc. Oh and an electric massage chez lounge in the living room!

Your room & bathroom:
Huge double bedroom at the back of the apartment with built in wardrobes, shelves and drawers – plenty even for girls with lots of clothes ;), carpet flooring. All you’d really need is a bed and side tables and you’re sorted.

Sharing the main bathroom with a guy and a girl..its awesome.huge power shower and boddy massage pumps, big corner Jacuzzi bath, glass mirrors and cupboard space, toilet.plus a bidet. I’ll be honest I don’t think any of us use it but after googling how to spell it, apparently there’s plenty of instructional videos, so you know, you’re welcome to try it if it floats your boat, if not we’re pretty good at keeping toilet roll restocked.

Transport:
Buses straight from Kings Cross / Bondi Junction stop right outside the house and leave from across the road.

The housemates:

Benji:
He’s our “heartbreaker” of the house with his zoolander / soap actor style good looks and we take great pleasure in listening to his dating disasters.and ribbing him for each and every one of them! He’s an architect and works long hours, all round good bloke, massively into his sport and trying (failing) at learning to surf.

Brendan & Leni:
Our couple at the house, to be honest I’ve always been dead against living with couples and its not worked in the past but these two are awesome fun and great people, really chilled out and no dramas. Brendan’s our Chandler Bing..he does something important but no one really knows exactly what he does.Leni’s in brand marketing.

Dani:
Aka The Danimal (named for my socialising skills apparently and I like it), aaka Dan-Wilder-party-liaison-officer-of-the-century, if we have a party I’ll happily spend all day creating the decorations for our crazy theme. I work in Experiential Marketing and have a pretty stressful job so like to make sure the amount of fun I have matches up to the amount of stress I have at work – work-life balance I think they call it and I also cook a mean Sunday roast!!

Our ideal housemate:
The apartment is beautiful so I’m sure you will love it!! But we think it’s the people that make a house a home, we have no preference over gender, nationality or weird quirks, all we want is..

- Someone who’s relaxed
- fun to be around
- outgoing
- professional (no students)

How the house works:
- Everyone tidies up after themselves (we have a cleaner that comes
fortnightly).
- During the week its chilled, might have the odd friends over for dinner and wines but generally we all have hectic jobs during the week so like to get plenty of sleep, though those damn rubber arms of ours can using be twisted for a midweek session.
- Weekends are fair game, the house is great for entertaining and parties. To be honest it’s a not a constant party house but we enjoy the freedom to do what we want and have fun.

Costs:
Deposit: $1500 to be paid before move in date. Rent: 616 fortnightly upfront. Foxtel & Internet: $29 a month. Bills: all split equally between the 5 of us as and when they come in.
