We are looking for a non smoker young friendly professional person/people to share our unit with me and my fiancee. It is located 5 minutes from Bondi Junction and 10 minutes from Bondi Beach. The unit is easily accessable by public transport and close to the city. Bills are split 3 ways there is only electricity which is about $40 per quarter. The first person to see this unit will take it move in immediately. Bond is 4 weeks rent.
