Beautiful apartment in great location. We are looking for a friendly social flatmate to move into an unfurnished single bedroom in a relaxed 3 bedroom apartment. The place is fully furnished (washing machine fridge oven tv and wireless internet) and newly renovated with polished timber floors and a new bathroom and kitchen. A great quiet location off the main drag 10 minutes by bus to Bondi Junction and 10 minutes stroll to Bondi Beach. The room is newly painted north easterly facing with large windows. We have a leafy outdoor veranda which overlooks the large backyard pool. There is loads of on street parking or a secure car park if required. Rent is $190 per week. Bills are divided equally between each flatmate (power phone internet and fridge rental). House share with 3 professionals (1 couple and 1 female) in their mid twenties. We all work Mon-Fri 9-5 in the CBD.
