Im currently renting this property alone and am looking for a room mate to share the costs with.The house is at Yagoona and is an old fibro place but with a very large back yard. On street parking only but very safe and secure neighborhood.The house is fully equipped with everything needed and the 2nd bedroom which is a fair sized room aprx 3×3 meters already has a single bed in it and a desk. All that would be needed is drawers.The house is old but does have hard wood floors throughout and is very comfortable. I also have internet hooked up and as long as your usage is not too much you are free to use however if usage is higher we might have to upgrade the plan and then we would talk about splitting the bill.Every other bill is taken care of.I am 26 years old single at the moment and have 2 cats and a few finches.If you are interested contact me and we can work out a time for you to come past and look at the place.
