Share Accommodation (House)

Your own room. I can partly furnish ( bed, chest of drawers, computer, desk ) or
can be empty to put your own furnishings in.

I am a 60yr old gentleman, own business, work from home, smoker, social
drinker, no drugs.

Weekly rent for you is $195. That is all. I will pay electricity, water
phone, internet access ( your share of internet is up to 80gbyte/month free )

Fair use of phone and electricity by you would be appreciated.

Pleasant house with off-street parking for you and about 9 mins walk to
Yagoona station.
