hi thanx for looking the location is in condell park/bankstown 15mins walk to buses then less than 10 mins ride to bankstown station suitable a person studying in sydney southsemi furnished means you will need a bed other than that no need for much else my pets are aquarium fish so they wont bother you there are two rabbits also that live here!!any question please reply
