Very quite complex of town houses. The town house is fully furnished and all areas and equipment is there to be used. I work full time as a Logistics Manager and do spend some time interstate. I am in my fifties separated very quite very clean very genuine very honest very clean. I have three daughters who do visit about every six weeks or so normally on a Sunday. I do ask that if either of us require any privacy then we do respect that. There is a small yard outside covered area BBQ 50 plasma in lounge dinning table and chairs corner lounge kitchen has fridge electric cooker coffe machine Laudry has washing machine freezer separate toilet. Bedroom has double bed TV window. Bathroom has shower bath toilet ect.
