Furnished room in a two bedroom town house in a very quite complex. There is a small back garden and a larger reserve adjacent to the town house. Public transport directly outside. All utilities are included in rent. I work full time and do travel interstate on occassions. I am 51 years old and very tidy. I am a quite man and I am seeking to share with a lady who is also fairly quite. I only ask that if privacy is required then we would both respect that. The actual town house has washing machine fridge freezer dinning table lounge electric kitchen 50 plasma TV and an undercover BBQ area outside.
