Great location near Canterbury park, always quiet and safe suburb, just 5 minutes away from Aldi store and 7 minutes from Canterbury station by walking, second floor of the unit, spacious living room and kitchen and laundry and balcony. We are a young couple, need to study and work for most of time, easily get along with. We are looking for someone who is either student or professional. Smoking and party animal and alcohol abuser are not preferred.
