Its currently furnished with a Single Bed – but plenty of space to fit a double if you want to bring your own. 3 mins walk to Belmore Station 20 mins to city/ Universities. Current roomates are three awesome students at USYD ages range from 18-20. Were all easygoing fun tidy but not a party house. Wed share bills/internet. Looking for a like minded roommate.
