Just moved into a 4 bed townhouse in a nice part of Queanbeyan and am looking for a house mate or 2. The house has two bathrooms (so one for yourself) and good sized rooms. I am clean tidy and a non smoker. Plenty of room for furniture but i do have fridge washing machine lounge etc. Rent would be $150 per week plus bills (Gas electricity and internet/phone).
