There is already a desk and computer chair in the room Im looking to lease to you and it has a built in wardrobe. Kitchen decor is quite dated but that doesnt really matter does it? Lease runs out in early January but I know the landlord and it can be extended. (Landlord requires a non-smoker and no pets.) Cheers!
