Looking for someone to take over my current flate mates lease which ends february next year.Preferrably non-smoker.Rent is $150 pw if there is only 2 people or $100 pw if I can fill 2 bedrooms. Gas and electricity when the bill comes in.House is fully furnished and room comes with a king single bed (which can be moved out if you have your own). Polished floor boards throughout carpet and built ins in bedrooms. Full bathroom separate toilet and separate laundry. Carport for 2 cars in the back yard.Im easy going neat and tidy (but dont feel mess has to be cleaned up immediately). I do work shift work and that may include nights so I need someone who can be quiet if Im asleep during the day. I dont have any pets but the previous tenant had a dog so the landlord may be open to negotiation. Im happy to have pets if they are friendly and stay outside.
