Hi there!2 uni students looking for people to rent our extra 2 rooms. Both rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house is. Feel free to bring any other furniture if youd like.Rent is $130pw (may be negotiable for right person) and any bills will be split evenly. One room should be available very soon while the other room will be available in late Feb maybe earlier. Internet is available and we have ducted heating/cooling. There is a large backyard with 2 car garage and extra parking out the back if needed. My roommate has 2 dogs they are both friendly and shouldnt cause any problems.Please let me know if you are interested.
