I currently have a room spare in a new townhouse i’m renting until December this year in East Albury.
I work 5 days a week from roughly 7-5 so a bit of an early riser.
Quite a laid back and social house, not a neat freak but am quite clean.
It is extremely close to the CBD with 5-10 walk max to the center of dean street. There is Garage space available for a smallish car or there is also parking off street for a small car in front of the house.
It’s a medium sized room with a double wardobe.
Laundry facilities provided.
