The unit is fully furnished except the room in question. The unit has a small backyard 2 off-street car parks shed aircon and heating. It is close to the main street either walking or driving and a quick drive to CSU uni. 3 months is the lease but this can be extended. Im pretty laid back and pretty clean (except in my room).
