Central two bedroom unit. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The unit is fully furnished with the exception of the second room. The unit has split system heating/cooling separate toilet and bathroom built-in wardrobes and wireless internet. I would consider furnishing the second room if required. I own the property and am currently living there on my own. I am a professional male in my early 30s very neat and tidy and dont smoke. Given that I work and exercise a fair bit I am not really home that much. Asking $120 per week plus bills.
