This 7 bedroom house has been fully furnished and rooms will be let individually. Each rooms has a double or queen sized bed, built in robes and 3 of the rooms their own private ensuite. Each room is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, desk with chair and a wall mounted TV.
The rest of the house is fully furnished with a large kitchen and living room area as well as a separate lounge and upstairs reading nook. The common areas will be cleaned weekly.
Utilities and NBN wifi internet will be included in the weekly rent.

Bedroom with ensuite from $220 per week
Bedroom with shared bathroom (share with 1 other bedroom) $180 per week

Shorter term leases can be negotiated at slightly higher rent.
