Three laid back Uni Students (1 female, 1 male) looking for a housemate. House is furnished but bedroom is not (no built ins). Utilies are paid quarterly and split between housemates.
The house is clean, tidy and mostly quiet- apart from the odd gathering with mates.
House is close to town, approximately 3km from the uni, and on public transport routes.
