This is a modern, ground floor townhouse in the ‘Aspect’ complex with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 courtyards. Conveniently located at the NSW/ACT border, you are only a matter of minutes from the Queanbeyan town centre or a short 15-20 minute drive to Civic.

The room on offer is quite large (3 x 3.8m; previously held a queensize bed, bookshelves and two desks) plus built-in robes with both shelves and hanging space. There is a sliding door that opens from your bedroom onto a private and secure tiled courtyard. You’ll have the convenience of your own bathroom, plus a secure underground parking space and storage cage.

The shared areas are fully furnished with the essentials but I’m more than happy to incorporate other pieces. A television for the lounge would be a bonus, as I’m currently using the small monitor/tv from my bedroom. Additional ‘comforts’ include a dishwasher, dryer, and reverse cycle heating/cooling, plus a solar hot water system for reduced energy bills.

Finally, about me. I’m a 30-year-old female with over 7 years sharehouse experience, who is equally happy with a chat or time to myself. This year I returned to full-time university study (but don’t worry, I also have a job and I saved my pennies when I was previously working as a public servant so I am completely financially responsible!).
