We live in a 3bdm, fully furnished apartment on victoria st, with a ten minute walk to Wollongong station, crown st mall, less to the nearest free bus stop. We would perfer a mature person to take over the unfurnished room our flatmate will be moving out of in the very near future.

We’re looking to sign a new lease either for 6 or 12 months, and want to find someone who is happy to do their own thing but also keen to have a chat and relax with us now and then.
