Hey PeopleOne of our house mates just moved out so we are looking for a replacement. There are 3 of us living here at the moment all ozzie physios. Im a 25 yr old bloke the other 2 are Ozzie girls both 23. The place is up near the hospital on staff street and covers 4 blocks. Its 4 levels 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Its Insane. The kitchen has marble benchtops and gas cooking timber floor boards. The lounge room is the size of an apartment and has a pool table. We have another small loungroom with a fire. We have a sub level kitted out as a gym. There is a huge balcony out the back with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the back rainforest gardens and creek with bridge. The room you would be taking is on the bottom level and is a double size. It also has another room under the stairs which would be yours and which the last girl used as a walk in robe. On that level there is also a fridge laundry toilet mirror and cabinet. And the best part the rent is only $120 a week plus bills. We are all really easy going and down to earth. We tend to chip in for shopping and take turns to cook but varys it depending on work schedules etc. Bills we split as they come. We have broadband wireless internet for $60 a month so $15 each. The rent doesnt include garden maintenance so we have to do that ourselves and youll be expected to pull your weight with the cleaning. We all love a drink and a laugh and have a huge movie collection for nights when were not out on the town. We basically have the place all fitted out so just need furniture for your room. One of the other girls is moving out in a months time so we will be looking for someone else then too if have a friend who wants to move in.Our lease just ran out so to avoid issues with bonds etc at the end we would like whoever moves in to be happy to sign a 6month lease with us again so its all even and new. And the room is available now so looking to get organised ASAP.So who do we want? Basically someone english seaking who is easy to get on with 20-30yrs old has lived out of home for a while will pay rent and bills on time and pull their weight with housework.Likes a laugh and a drink. Dont mind male or female will consider couples however the rent will be more expensive due to extra person in house and extra bills cost.
