I’m moving overseas to Canada until early next year and am looking for someone to fill my room for that time. My name is still on the lease so I’ll be coming back to the room in January/Feb next year.

Room has massive built in wardrobes and is fully furnished with a queen bed (THE most comfortable bed ever), dresser and side table. The whole apartment is fully furnished actually! You’ll just need to bring yourself and personal belongings.

It’s north-facing in a quiet North Wollongong street. Really close to the beach and a short walk to the green bus, train station and pub. The apartment has new fluffy carpets, renovated kitchen and renovated bathroom. There is a TV and couches and all the normal apartment things that you would expect. There is also a car space in a secure lock up garage. And a wonderful sunny balcony to watch the sky-divers from!

You’ll be living with my awesome housemate Nathan who is a third year law/international studies student, busy and social person with wonderful slow-cooker skills.
