Hi my room mate is going on exchange so I am looking for someone to fill his room for the year that is sociable easygoing and who doesnt mind a drink or 2. The unit is in a great location with north gong pub a 2 min walk north gong beach a 5 min walk and the uni a 20 min walk away. It has a bathroom laundry balcony and modern kitchen (including dishwasher!)The bedroom has a big built in wardrobe but will be unfurnished.
