I am a owner/landlord fully furnished unit including for the room up for rent. Fairly clean and tidy very trustworthy. Just looking for some one thats easy going and good to pay their rent every week. No additional costs just 150 per week and halves in electricity. I do alot of shift work and working away so you may ahve the house to yourself a lot of the time.
